Patrick Soluri - Executive Producer & Founder of The Salon
Patrick is a noted composer of ballet, opera, orchestra and film/ TV music with performance and productions throughout the US and Europe including Carnegie Hall, Symphony Space, New York City Opera and Staatsballett Berlin among many others. As a music producer he has produced ballet and opera productions and has worked with numerous recording artists in a variety of genres and styles. He grew up as a drummer playing everything from jazz to rock and only begun studying classical composition and piano in college. He started The Salon in 2001 during a two year opera fellowship in Louisville as a way to bring together his love of jazz, live music, swing dancing, cocktails, art and socializing in style. Following the fellowship and returning to New York, he continued throwing The Salon in his apartment. In 2006 he joined up with his twin brother Andre as well as Fredo and Lesley to start producing The Salon in prominent venues around New York City. Andre founded Prohibition Productions with Lesley in 1999 and threw many a party at the speakeasy, Piano Store. He joined his twin brother Patrick with Lesley and Fredo to co-produce The Salons in 2006. He is a noted architect in New York City and principal in Soluri Artchitecture. Lesley Martin - Honorary co-producer and founder Prohibition Productions
Lesley founded Prohibition Productions with Andre in 1999 and threw many a party at the speakeasy, Piano Store. She joined Patrick, Andre and Fredo to co-produce The Salons from 2006 - 2009. She is head of the book-publishing program at the Aperture Foundation.
