The Salon

December 31, 1999; turn of the century and the end of a millenium. Somewhere on the Lower East Side, in a speakeasy known as THE PIANO STORE, George Gee's big band was swinging hard, the tiki bar was hopping, and people were partying like it was... well... 1999.

Jump 10 years, and Prohibition Productions is still bringing you the action, this time courtesy of the Salon at the Players' Club. Sure, we've moved uptown a few blocks, the times are a little more depression-era than ever, but the band's still blowing, the drinks are still pouring, and old traditions die hard. You're most welcome to join us in celebrating New Year's Eve Eve, 2009. After all, what's a decade (give or take a day) between friends?
